My Photos

O.K., I have read and listened to various opinions. I am putting down laminate flooring. From the entry down the hall, through the kitchen and dining room and into the family room. Multi-directional. My plan was to run the length down the hallway and continue that direction. Which is lenthwise lengths as you enter. Check out pics on my album. I am asking for opinions with regard to which direction to lay the floor?

No right or wrong. I tend to go the same direction as the long wall in the hall.
But there can be other considerations. Pics didn't help too much, but good thought.

Use the longest wall as a guide and/or sunlight direction..As florcraft mentions, no right or wrong..Personal pref, but some things to condiser.
Floor joist direction not an issue with laminate.
