floor settled in one coner need to fixx baseboards its drop almost 1inch in one coner how do i fix so it doesnt look taky

First I would go under the house and look outside to figure out what caused it to sag and fix that, instead of trying to cover it up inside.
Could be lots of things, insect damage, footing and or foundation failing, water leak causing the wood to rot.

There is not a Band-aid for this............like Joecaption says..........go under and check it out
