Does the warranty pass onto the new owner?

It does not say whether the warranty passes onto the new owner. My guess is that as long as you don't do anything that voids the warranty, it should stay because when it is under the floor, it works the same way regardless of the users.

Floor Heating?


You've got to read the entire warranty. When it says "limited"...it may be for 25 years but it's really just 10 years full warranty and then it's pro-rated therafter.

Heatizon Systems has the only 25 year non-prorated warranty that I am aware of.
