Hi Folks,
My Wife and I recently purchased a home near San Diego. It was built in the 70's (yes- a shag pad) and had beige carpet on the floating stairs to the loft.
I removed the carpet to uncover beautiful timbers. The wood is soft, I think it's pine or fir. The question is what is the best eco-friendly stain? I don't want anything super toxic because we have to live here while I stain them.
Thanks!!!
Cliff
