Flexible filler for 150 year old hardwood floor

Hi,

I'm looking to refinish my plank floor which is original to the house. The gaps between the planks range between 3/8" and 1/8" and are 1 1/2" deep (room is 13'x15'). The previous owner refinished the floor using a standard wood filler; however, the planks shift as you walk on them and the floor gets pretty cold in winter so the filler has cracked and buckled. I'm hoping to find a flexible filler that I can buy in large amounts to fill the deep gaps across the entire floor.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't think i would try and fill a 3/8" crack with any filler, unless you glue a piece of wood in first and have it at least an 1/8"below the surface.

I have no idea if the stuff in the link i'll add works, you'll have to decide that.

Thanks! I guess filling the gaps with thin pieces of wood and then filling it with epoxy filler might be best. Much appreciated.
