Finishing breezeway

I am planning to finish my breezeway, currently a slab on grade. It will not be heated all the time, so the floor covering I choose has to be able to handle upstate NY winters and summers. I want it to look nice, but also be able to handle a lot of traffic, including the occasional lawnmower running over it.

I plan to raise the floor 1.5" with 2x4s on their sides and insulate below. I'll probably put on a 3/4" plywood subfloor, and use Schluter ditra for uncoupling & moisture protection.

What floor would be recommended here? Laminate? Porcelain? Thanks.
