Finishing basement floor with slope to a drain

Need advise on how to manage the slope of the floor in the basement I want to install ceramic tiles and washroom.

Right now there is a slope of a few inches to the far centre of the room which leads to the drain. I plan to install a standup shower, toilet and pedestal and the flooring I was planning to install a rigid foam, plywood then ceramic tiles but I'm not sure if the plywood would stay level with the flooring since there is a slope.
