Filling voids in subfloor

Just tore out the old particle board subfloor and I'm planning on putting down the tile underlayment later today.

There are a number of voids/flaws left behind in the plywood from tearing out screws as well as a 1/8" gap where 2 pieces of plywood meet at the joist and I'm wondering how I should deal with them.....wood filler / thinset?

Or should I think about pouring out a floor leveler first?

Thanks.

Filling voids in subfloor

As long as the plywood is 3/4" min and the voids arent too deep, just put yor thinset down + backerboard. The purpose of the thinset below is to fill any voids.
