Fiberrock vs. Hardi

I picked up all the materials for a contractor to do a small floor tile job in a bathroom for me. I picked up the tile, grout, thinset, screws, and Fiberrock. I see on some other forums, that Fiberrock may not be highly regarded. In my experience, usually anything USG makes is decent stuff. Is Fiberrock okay for this application, or should I take it back and get Hardi? Also, the screws I bought are for Hardi - are these okay for the Fiberrock? Thanks guys.
