Fiberock install

Hey folks, installing fiberock as ceramic tile backer. I took install instructions from my salesman and went to install without reading install instructions online. I failed to lay an adhesive on the subfloor before nailing, though I have nailed every single x on the board with ringshank nails. Should I be o.k or no? My subfloor is 3/4" osb tongue & groove on 16" oc laminated I beam. Thanks.

Interesting, your choice of nics. You might be ok for about 4-5 years.....no wait, it's over OSB, maybe a few years but hairline cracks by next spring. Try to salvage what you can and put it down correctly. If it gets damaged, I'd highly recommend a different product.

Next time learn how to do things on your own. Guess you already know that? Sorry the jerk.....ah ah...ah. the clerk gave you bad info.

Jaz
