Fiber flooring

Fiber Floor is Tarkett's version of solid vinyl sheet flooring. Flexitec and Ultima are some of the other brands. About all I see here is Flexitec. I have installed many yards of it with no problems. Maybe someone will post who has done more Tarkett.

Fiber flooring

These types of floors are cushion backed fiberglass sheet goods. They are softer to walk on due to the cushion but I haven't noticed where they perform any worse than traditional vinyls. Tarkett's is tougher than IVC's if anything because the use a denser cushion. This results in less give and indentation. It isn't as comfortable though. Honestly I can't tell the difference walking on them anyway as far as comfort goes.

Fiber flooring

Will the fiber floor still feel like your walking on concrete or does the cushioning defintely do some justice?

It helps some. Go into one of youe local flooring stores. Maybe they will have some down so you can see how it feels.
