Ever used Engineered Hard wood Jasper or Vanier

Has anyone ever used Engineered Hard wood brandss Burlington, Jasper or Vanier seems like the price is right but is it too good to be true?

What about Heritage Woodcraft found on

the price is around $3/sq ft

can any one recommend quality engineered floors for around $3 sq/ft
