Epoxy over floor leveler?

I'm leveling a basement workshop area (50 yr old unfinished concrete) and want an affordable finish with no need to insulate. I've used Henry 565 Floor Pro leveler with proper priming. My question is whether I can use epoxy paint directly on top of that product? Or do I use masonry paint (which I have left over from a previous job) and then epoxy? I just want a hard, sweepable surface--something inexpensive. The rest of the basement will have dri-core plus luan plus bamboo flooring, but this is just for my workspace. Thanks for any advice.
