Are you looking to remove it from the grout lines or on the tiles or something else?

A heat gun will soften it for removal but could damage the product you are removing it from.

A wire brush on a drill if the surface is very hard.

I've heard this works great: http://www.aldonchem.com/pr-premium-stripper.htm

Also, Mapei makes something called Keraclean epoxy grout film remover.
