engineered wood flooring adhesives

We are going to install engineered wood flooring onto concrete subfloor. What type of floor adhesive works best? We purchased Roberts 1407- acrylic urathane adhesive from home depot which is what they recommended. We ordered our engineered wood from someone else and the adhesive they sell is Bostiks, which is what they recommend. We don't want to put in a floor and save money on the adhesive if it is not going to adhere. But, if it works and we can save some money, that is even better?

And, do we have to roll the floor with any of the adhesive. Any advise would be greatly appriciated. Thanks.

That is sort of a silly approach! Why wouldn't you follow thru on what the floor manufacturer recommends? Why bet the success of the installation on some numb-nuts at a Home Depot?:) If you want to save money do what the product maker says to do.

This must be a church and your one of the handyman elders. Right?:):yes:
