Eco-friendly cement patching compound

I am about to install carpet tiles over a concrete floor in a garage. I'm looking for a concrete patching compound that is eco-friendly (no or low odor especially) as this room will be used for meditation, yoga, etc. Also, the carpet requires the floor be patched with a latex-based portland compound.

I've heard gypsum based products should be avoided. What's the product to use?

Long cracks that vary in width from 1/16" to 1/4" with some shallow chipping that occurs in places near the cracks, in some cases 2" wide and 1/4" deep or so.
