Drum Repair of olf Holt flooring sander

First time user, searching for assistance with a 110V Holt Flooring Sander; it is all stainless and very old (proly 30s-40s) model. It is driven by two-belts and a 1.5HP., it draws 18V. It looks a lot like the older clarke s8 type slanted slot drums, and it has no third wheel or lever for angle (a screw on the bottom of the case does that) the sander needs a drum, or drum overhaul and I am looking for either parts and manuals to fix it or someone who can do the job. I have searched the web, and came up with the big goose egg, so the search continues, and any help is welcomed.
