Drill or Adhesive Porcelain Tile

I need to hang some bathroom accessories racks and holder, it needs to be do on porcelain tile. Is there a adhesive that will be strong enough to adhere without falling off from being used? I see porcelain drill bits on line, does anyone have any experience with drilling porcelain? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Drill or Adhesive Porcelain Tile

Adhesives aren't going to be reliable. Drill bits are available at home centers.
