Hi to all from a nube and thanks for your help
I am wanting to install cork flooring in my basement , but am concerned about concrete dampness.
Can I put poly vaper barrier over the floor and up the out side walls to help in this area??

Yes, you can always put down some sort of plastic/poly or even go to the extent of a drain board, which you can find at any Home Depot ask a flooring expert and they can tell which would suit your needs.

A standard underlayment should be sufficient for this.
