Cutting Dupont Real touch Elite floating click floor.

What is the best way to cut Dupont Realtouch Elite, floating, click floor? It looks very similar to stone and they sell it at Home Depot. I have read to use a fine tooth circular saw blade. Is this true or ?.

Yes, that is just a picture of stone on top of fiberboard. Any woodworking tools can be used to cut it. I would prefer a miter saw to cut across and a table saw to cut length wise and a jigsaw to cut notches or curves.

Thanks. I only have a circular saw and a jig saw. I would like to use the circular saw but do I need to get a fine tooth blade or will any blade work? I appreciate the info. Thanks.

Try a cut with the blade you have, cutting from the bottom may produce different results from cutting on the top. just make two test cuts cutting an inch or so from one end and see how it looks. You may be fine with what you have if its in reasonable condition and carbide tipped. If it chips to badly remember the ends will be covered by shoe molding, essentially all your cuts should be hidden if done correctly so a little chipping shouldn't matter.
