Question

cracked bathroom floor tile

some friends installed a tiled bathroom flor onto 1/4" concrete board, all went well...except one tile cracked after being walked on. They re-installed.....and it cracked again....same place....one thin hair-line crack.

I told them to pull it up...scrape out any thin set......remove any screws.....and check with a torpedo level for any high spots.

Any other ideas ?

Make sure you have 100% coverage on that tile, reset it, if it cracks again, you have bigger issues to deal with.
