Question

Concrete prep prior to vinyl install

OK, I've ripped out the old carpet, removed tac boards and filled the holes.
I've cleaned the concrete, ordered my flooring (Metroflor American Collection, Burlington Plank and ordered Metroflor 3500 adhesive. BUT...
before I begin... do I need to apply a primer-sealer before I begin....????
