Concrete Floor Prep for Laminate Floor

So I have removed my old floor and what is left is a concrete sub floor. The floor is fairly flat but there a some patches of old glue.

Now the glue is really thin like a dry skin. Can I just leave them there or do I have to remove all of them?

Also, some areas that are a bit rough (upper left hand side of the picture). Do I have to apply levelling compound on these areas?
