Cold ceramic bathroom tiles.

The master bath on our first floor is ceramic tile ... very cold in that master bathroom! Would insulating the basement ceiling (under the ceramic floor) make the master bathroom warmer? I don't want to destroy the ceramic tiles, as they match the tiles around the garden tub and shower. Please advise.
