Cleaning Plastic Decking

I have 10 year old Everex decking that always need cleaning in the spring. Power washing is very slow: I usually get on my hands and knees with a brush and a water/vinegar/borax solution.

Anyone ever used a floor buffer with plastic pad to do this? Other ideas?

Thanks
Dave from Madison, WI
