Cleaning grout lines/shower tile question

My house was built in 1965. I am in southern calif. The grout joints all look fine on all 3 showers. I heard a guy in a video call my kind of tile (4x4 squares) a tight white grout meaning it used the nonsanded grout. But I keep reading about sealing the walls from time to time and I wanted to do it. I was going to clean the grout lines/tile and seal. Can anyone recommend a brand of sealer to use to seal them? With 4x4 tiles it seems like it takes some time to seal all those grout lines. Thanks
