Cleaning dirty plywood floor?

I have 3/4" tongue and groove green treated plywood as a floor in my new 12'x12' shed. It's really dirty and I was wondering what's the best way to clean it? I'd also like to put the epoxy paint down so it looks nicer and is easier to clean in the future. Anyone done this? Do you see any reason not to?
