Have newer home, ceramic tile in bathroom, appears that some contractor left drops of dark wood stain on a few tiles, tried different things to remove it, tiles are a light brown and stain is black in color.

Are you sure this is ceramic tile and not a stone tile?

Try a little paint thinner or lacquer thinner on a Q-Tip and see if you can transfer any of the offending color to the Q-Tip.

If so...then make a poultice or buy a poultice and apply it to the spot. Cover it with a small piece of plastic wrap or plastic bag and tape down the edges of the plastic to hold the moisture in for a while.

Ceramic tile stains

I should of looked further, it's Glazed Porcelain, Ragno Maraja 13 X 13 MT, would paint thinner still work on this to remove these dark wood stain droplets. There are 6 tiles with spots on them.

Porcelain tiles can have microscopic pores in the surface that will hold on to stains such as this. There is a chance it can be removed or at the very least reduced considerably. Try the poultice for a few days.
