Ceramic tile smell

I was wondering, if it is possible to remove the smell that my ceramic tile has? It smells kind of dusty and it makes me feel dizzy. I have checked to see if it has mold and it does not.
I don't like the ceramic tile smell and I want it to smell more like a vinyl or carpet instead, I can handle those smells. I can't afford to replace it, we installed it 3 years ago, bad mistake going with ceramic, but I am and it is stuck now.

Any help would be great.

You are kidding - RIGHT?

You prefer the chemicals and long time off-gassing of vinyl and carpet over the smell of odorless ceramic tile?

There is something wrong here (or somewhere).

So-o-o-o-o toomuch. Was this in fact an April Fools joke or are you too embarrassed to reply?
