Ceramic Tile Help/Baseboard

I am new to the site and look forward to learning alot here. So a hello to all.
The previous owner laid ceramic tile in the bathroom and didnt remove any of the baseboard. They put grout between the tile and the baseboard and i want to install new baseboard as we are buying the house and want to do alot of remodeling. Anyone here have any ideas without destoying the present tile?

Ceramic Tile Help/Baseboard

I guess you could try to remove the baseboard, re-grout , and then put in new baseboard over the top ?

Do not regrout, the outside perimeter get's caulked or leave open, find wider molding so it covers the gap or add 1/4 round molding to the new ones.
