Ceramic Tile Help/Baseboard

I am new to the site and look forward to learning alot here. So a hello to all.
The previous owner laid ceramic tile in the bathroom and didnt remove any of the baseboard. They put grout between the tile and the baseboard and i want to install new baseboard as we are buying the house and want to do alot of remodeling. Anyone here have any ideas without destoying the present tile?

I guess you could try to remove the baseboard, re-grout , and then put in new baseboard over the top ?

Do not regrout, the outside perimeter get's caulked or leave open, find wider molding so it covers the gap or add 1/4 round molding to the new ones.:)
