Ceramic floor in bathroom

Here is the floor and the wall coming together, we tried everything to get this floor clean. The house is 50 years old as is the floor. I tried to up load a photo but it's telling me the file is to big and not sure how to reduce it!

You can't go over or shouldn't go over the tile with vinyl you will trap moisture like no tomorrow.
Is this sheet vinyl or peel and stick u want to put down?
