cement board on subfloor


there are seams on the floor in my bathfloor, should i have to tape those seems before i begin to lay the tiles?

no. But it would only take 5 minutes to lay some mesh tape over them. Just make sure the seams in the cement board are covered in the middle of the tile not at the grout joints.

You tape and thinset the seams while tiling, how did you install the cementboard and over what?
