Caulking where toe kick meets floor in kitchen

I've installed home depot kitchen cabinets that comes with particle board toekick attached with these plastic feet mounting dealies.

They are removavble but not if I caulk them where they meet the floor.

Am I supposed to caulk them? It seems like if I don't they will be damaged by spills and mopping.

Anyone know for sure?

Thanks!

No, you do not caulk, but generally you'd install a shoe molding around the cabinets.

I've never seen a toe kick installed with plastic do hickys.
Post a picture.
Most use finish nails.

This is the plastic foot thing. It's three parts, the part that screws to the cabinet, the adjustable foot, and the part that snaps off and attaches to the toe kick and then snaps back on.

IKEA uses these too, I have them in another house but it was installed when I bought it.

I guess they're common in low-end, assemble yourself type cabinets. This is my first low budget kitchen re-do, and I have to say even though it has been a pain to put together and the parts are all cheap and irritating, it looks pretty good for the price and I'd probably do it again.
