Carpet underlay soaked
 

My sump overflowed and leaked into my walk in closet. The carpet itself didn't get too wet, so I pulled it back and fan dried it. I removed the underlay 2 days ago and its been sitting outside in the sun and then in the garage over night but its still just as drenched. What do I do with it?? It's about a 5x5 piece.

simple, replace it.:)
