Carpet on a sloped concrete slab?

We are turning our screened in porch into a 4 season room. The slab was poured in 2 increments.....a 7' porch when the house was built and later another 7' slab was poured to enlarge the porch. The slab closest to the house is dead level, however the other slap slopes approximately 3/4" to the outside wall. I know this won't cause any difficulty in installing carpet but what would be options to level the slab? If a self-leveling compound is used, does that affect nailing the tack strips to the slab?

Self leveling will not affect nailing the tackstrip bu there are 2 things to consider:

1: Let the water dry out. You will be adding a ton of water with self leveling concrete and it needs to dry.
2: Will the self leveling on that wall create problems by being so high (like a doorway or transitions to other floorings?)

is this going to be a heated floor? (radient or otherwise?)

Actually the low spot is at the outside wall so no problems with doors or anything. Is there any issue with not worrying about it? Also, the floor is not heated.

If you don't mind the slope, then save the money and go for it.
Of course I am not there to inspect to make sure there is no problem at all. But a slope will not affect carpet istall.

Agreed.

A 3/4" slope in 7 feet is nothing. Only those that are really in tune with construction would notice it.
