carpet or doors first?

1dumbquestion Member   Join Date: Dec 2011 Posts: 60	carpet or doors first? pretty staight forward question. should I lay my carpet first or hang my doors first? Thansk, 1

Thansk, 1 I would put your doors in 1st, you don't want your doors sitting on the carpet. And cutting the carpet around a door jam that's not there is like impossible with out leaving gaps. Pending on how high your carpet is you might need to cut the bottom of the doors.
