Car Garage options

First of all great site.

I plan on finishing my car garage this summer and have been looking into some options for the floor. Has anyone ever layed Armstrong VCT tile in his/her garage floor? Pros/Cons This is a 6 month old home so there is no oil, debris on the floor. I am thinking of power washing the floor and laying down a black/white checjerboard pattern to compliment the stainless steel cabinets.

or

Epoxy paint in gray with speckles? If I go this route what are the Pros/Cons?

TIA

Every vinyl that I have ever seen will react with tires and leave spots. Why? Both are oil based. Look at car dealerships, all stained even through the wax. Epoxies are the way to go. Allow a minimum of 48 hrs to cure. More is better.
