Can I save these old hardwood floors?? (pictures included)


Hey guys,

Bought this as a forclosure. I am wondering if any of you can tell by looking if these floors can be refinished or should i just start over with all new hardwood floors?

Cannot tell how many times they already have be re-finished, but looks like they can be fixed.
