Bruce Self-stick Eng. Plank

Has anyone every used the self stick plank flooring by Bruce. I understand it has a adhesive strip and need no additional glue. I'm curious if this product is easly to install. I also wonder if it is noisy like some floating floors can be.

How can it be noisy if it's made of vinyl? Any kind of vinyl tile should be extremely easy to install. But making it look right takes just a little know how.
