Bruce enginnered click and lock flooring

Do I need a tapping block to install and where do I get one? Is it just a scrap of wood or somthing made with the correct groove?

Your going to need several tools, a Z bar to lock in the short joints, A tapping block, compound mitre saw, an under cut saw for the door jambs and casing, and a mallet. (I use a dead blow rubber hammer not a black rubber mallet because it leaves marks.)
Do not waste money on the cheap Pergo brand tools buy Roberts brand instead, I think Lowes has them. There much more sturdy.

DO not remove the baseboards, you only need to remove the 1/4 rd.
Instead of cheap plastic spaces I use strips of plywood and just tack them up with finish nails. The little plastic pieces keep falling over.

Thanks ... I'm going to tackle the job this weekend. I have found a plastic tapping block at Lowes and I have the other tools you mentioned. I'll update on the progress.
