Best way to get to subfloor?

Hello, I am working on remodeling my bathroom. I am going to extend a wall into the adjoining bedroom. The current bathroom floor is a wood floor with peel-n-stick tiles in the bathroom. While I know that will be a pain to remove, I am more concerned about getting the wood floor up. The wood floor is one continuous floor that starts in the hall and continues into the bathroom. I plan on putting wonder board down and obviously need to get to the subfloor. I can see using a circular saw for some of it, but don't see that working in the tighter spaces, and next to the tub ( I may get lucky and they didn't put the wood flooring under the tub). What's the best way to address this?

A reciprocating saw can work too, you just have to be extremely careful about the depth of the cut. If you do go the toe kick saw route, hold on tight to that thing. I had a coworker eat the entire sleeve on his long sleeve shirt once, and some how avoided drawing blood, much less cutting his arm off.
