Laminite will do nothing to increase the value of a home. All there are is just a picture of real wood on a form of plastic. As soon as someone walks into to a home with laminite there going to know it.
Engineered wood looks like real wood because there's a layer of real wood as the top layer.
Installs almost the same.
Will increase the value of the home.
Yes it cost a little more but well worth it.
And no I do not work for any company selling

The last pic looks like a snap lock, not tongue and groove.

I believe they are both snap locks. I guess I have my terminology wrong.

Maybe all snap lock are of the same quality? there are just so many different styles. I would assume one is better then the other. ANyone have any experience with a poor quality snap lock?
