Best tool to cut laminate floor ?

I'm about to start to project to install 360 ft2 of 46"x11.5" Dupont Elite laminate, and am trying to figure out the best power tool to buy for the project (my tool kit is limited to hand tools that have served my well to date !).

The floor area is very complex, so I'm going to be doing a lot of rip and cross cuts. After several hours research I am down to either Rockwells Versacut or the Skil 7 amp flooring saw.The Versacut looks to be the most flexible, and would be come in handy for many other DIY projects after this one. But he Skil flooring saw is purpose made for the job, and has great reviews, though I'm still trying to figure out if it can handle my board size for all possible cut sizes.

I would welcome any advice before parting with my money, either on my shortlisted tools or any others.

If your willing to buy some new tools those would not be the one's I'd buy.
All I've ever used is a compound mitre saw and A jig saw with a down cutting blade.
The one's you choise would limit any future jobs you may be able to do.

Have to go with Joe's suggestion, adding, I am sure you could get a great deal on a nice compoud miter saw and possibly a table saw by looking through Craigs list ads. Many people buy tools use them for brief periods of time if at all and them sell them at deep discounts, just have to know what each is worth before bartering for the best deal.

I go simpler that that,even. I use a circular saw with a wood cutting box---2 1x2s and two plywood scraps for the top and bottom---another 1x2 tacked to the top of the box as a saw guide---

Laminate is brutal on saw blades---no way I'm going to destroy a $60 chop saw blade to cut laminate.

I use a portable throwaway table saw to cut all flooring product. laminate I try to use an old blade as it makes them worthless after using them to cut a few floors.

I bought the skill, used it for 1/2 a job and took it back to Lowes. To hard to see the marks for the cuts. Ripping is a pain in the neck.
