Best Solution For Carpet Cleaning?

I have an office with steel blue carpeting that is probably polypropylene and not nylon. Trying to clean up the traffic lanes if possible. I have been making some progress. I will probably use an Ace Hardware "Capet Bulter" steamer with the agitator. The tank has a heater.

I prefer the old rotary ones to rent then finish with a steamer/extractor but you cannot find them.

Any suggestions? I have tried Folex before and it is pretty good. Some people have suggested Purple Power or Oxygen or those types of oxygenated cleaners. Thanks.
