best self-leveling compound

I have an unlevel area in my kitchen that I'd like to fill in with self-leveling compound of some sort. I've read about Ardex and a couple of other manufacturers. I am looking for something that I am not going to have to trowel much. I'd like it to be liquid enough to level out by itself. Which product is best?

If you feel like you have to trowel a self leveling compound, you have mixed it too thick. It has to be very thin for it to flow properly. Every bad application I have seen was the result of the product being mixed too thick. Don't have lots of experience with different brands, as I just stay with what the flooring suppliers stock.

I think I want to go with LevelLite from Custom Building Products. I just need to find where I can get it. Home Depot only has the regular LevelQuick in 50 pound bags. Has anyone had experience with this product?
