Best flooring for a basement that occasionally floods

I have a basement, finished (well it was), that floods maybe once every 5 years when we get that 5 year storm.

I had carpet in there, and am trying to decide on something else.

What would be best:
Laminate faux wood
Tile
or
Epoxy

I want it to look fairly nice as I have hardwood floors upstairs, but I don't really want to redo the flooring every 5 years either.

What would best?

If laminate gets water on it, is it ruined?

TIA

concrete epoxy finish or tile, don't use any wood if it floods on occasion.
