Best carpet to tile transition when carpet doesn't overlap?

I need to add a transition for carpet to tile over a concrete floor, but the carpet does not overlap the luxury-vinyl tile at all. It just barely reaches the edge of the tile, so I guess that rules out using a z-strip or something similar. I haven't tried to use a kicker yet to stretch it, but since I haven't done that before, I'm not sure how far it'll stretch. I'm guessing not far enough.

What is the best option? I've seen transition strips with the teeth to hold the carpet, but they appear to be ones that require an overlap of carpet or they have to go under the tile, and this tile is already installed. Thanks for any suggestion you may have!

Re: Best carpet to tile transition when carpet doesn't overlap?

Sorry, it's taken a while for me to get some photos. They are below, taken from two angles. The carpet is about 3/4 to 1" taller than the tile and goes up to the tile, but doesn't overlap. It's not currently stretched in this spot, so I'll probably get a bit of overlap once I use a kicker, but probably not enough to use a more common transition strip (although I haven't used a kicker before, so I'm not sure how much it'll stretch).
