Bathroom subflooring

I have broken and lifting tiles in the bathroom. After looking under one of the broken tiles, I can see that the plywood under the tile is dry but rotten. The measurements of the bathroom from the bathtub to the door are 5.5ft x 8.5ft. How do i go about replacing the sub flooring and then re-tiling?
