bathroom subfloor repair

Easiest way to take out rotted subfloor, next to tub faucet, 10"x10" piece, next to toilet, 1951 pier and beam house. Want to put down Allure flooring.

Might want to search that product here before you buy it. The only thing "alluring" about that stuff is the price.

The rotted wood is at the faucet end of the tub. What about the floor joists when sawing?

You wouldn't want to cut the floor joists. Do you have any tools and if so which ones?:)
